This fund depends upon voluntary donations received from the general public, NGOs and from corporates.<\/li>\n<li>The contribution to the Chief Minister\u2019s Public Relief Fund entitles the donor to avail 100% exemption under Section 80 (G) of Income Tax Act 1961. The PAN of Chief Minister\u2019s Public Relief Fund is AAAGC0038F.<\/li>\n<li>The representations\/ applications received seeking financial relief from the CMPRF are examined by the Administrative Departments concerned and recommend sanction in deserving cases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Fund Authority<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>The fund is operated by the Secretary to Government, Finance Department.
